We want you to love your new handbag from SHECARRY. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Items must have all original tags attached and be in the original packaging.

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, accessories (unless defective), and items marked as "Final Sale."

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us at shecarry448@gmail.com.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a shipping error.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
